Eric Nagaj is a Board Certified
Internal Medicine physician with a long-term
interest in pain management, alternative medicine
and sports medicine. He received his M.D.
from
Latvia
Medical
Academy and completed his residency in internal
medicine in Dearborn,
Michigan.
After finishing medical school, Dr. Nagaj worked
with a professional soccer team and as a medical
director of a physical medicine and rehabilitation
center.
Dr.
Nagaj is on staff at Northwest
Community
Hospital
. He believes that the key to patient
health is in balancing a patient’s physical,
spiritual and emotional health.
"I may prescribe cholesterol medication
for my patient, but I also recommend eating fruits
and vegetables and exercising. I also use alternative therapies in
my practice. When
patients take an active role in their healing,
we can achieve great success,” says Dr.
Nagaj.

Dr.
Igor Sher is a graduate of the National University of Health
Science and has been a Chiropractic physician
for 6 years. He earned his undergraduate degree
in science from
Loyola University
and has been certified and has gained extensive experience
in rehabilitation, kinesiology, physiotherapy,
acupuncture and nutrition during his post graduate
years of work and education.
Dr.
Sher has successfully treated hundreds of patients
with various symptoms, particularly those associated
with herniated discs, migraine headaches, neck
pain, geriatrics, stroke victims, orthotics,
ankle, knee and foot pain and neuropathies due to musculoskeletal injuries.
Dr.
Sher is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician,
a member of the National University of Health
Science Alumni Association and the Illinois Chiropractic
Society. He was recognized as a Top 100 Chiropractor. |
Dr. Vadim Dekhtyar

Dr. Dekhtyar combains his knowledge of Western medicine and Chinese medicine. Dr. Dekhtyar completed his M.D. in Medicine from Kaunas Medical Academy, Lithuania.
He received his post graduate residency certification of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from Kaunas Medical Academy, Lithuania.
He is a certified acupuncture specialist with extensive training in Chinese and European disciplines from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. Complementing his unique approach to dynamics of physical and mental health is advanced training in hypnotherapy and nutrition.
He has been practicing acupuncture since 1992. In addition, he was co-director of the Lithuanian Institute of Ericksonian Hypnosis. He is President of Academy NLP in Chicago. |
Dr. George, grew up in the
Chicago-land area, where he
attended Eastern Illinois
University were he received
a Bachelor of Science degree
in Biological Sciences. Upon
graduation, he attended
National University of Health
Sciences, where he received a
concurrent second Bachelor
of Science degree in Human
Biology, his Doctorate in
Chiropractic and a Certification
in Clinical Acupuncture.
Dr. George draws from a
number of healing philosophies
in his practice, which enables
him to provide a tailored care
program for each patient.
Always mindful of the need
to stay grounded, Dr. George
practices eastern and western
medicine: acupuncture, laser
acupuncture and laser therapy,
gua-sha, graston, flexion-distraction,
cupping and kinesio taping to
name a few.
